The Novella was available for around 6 months on the web site for free.  It consisted of the first third of an early version of the book.  Now that we are so close to the book launch we have removed the Novella to encourage you all to purchase the full book (and because the early version of the book has changed significantly).  You won't be disappointed in the full version!
